Pour the powder into the drink and stir straight away until it dissolves. If it sits on top it can clump, so stir before it settles. In coffee you barely taste it.

Unflavoured. On its own in hot water it is slightly earthy with a hint of nuttiness; reviewers compare it to miso soup or mushroom broth. In coffee, tea or a smoothie most people say they barely taste it.

Does it have sugar or sweetener in it?

No. There is nothing in the tin but the six mushroom extracts. No sweetener, no colour, no flavouring.

Is it gluten-free? Vegetarian?

The only listed ingredients are the six mushroom extracts. We do not print a gluten-free or vegan claim because neither is on the label.

Are the mushrooms organic?
