At NoWhey, we apply the same "No BS" philosophy to our logistics as we do to our formulas. We cut out the middlemen and expensive marketing to pass the savings on to you, and we are committed to getting your premium fuel to you efficiently.

While our products are manufactured in a GMP-certified facility to ensure premium quality, all orders are dispatched directly from our world-class warehouse facility in Auckland. This direct-to-consumer model keeps our costs low and your prices unbeatable.

Dispatch Protocol

NO FRILLS. RAPID TURNOVER. We keep our logistics efficient to keep your costs down.

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM NZST are dispatched the same day.
  • Standard Processing: Orders placed after the cutoff are typically processed within 24 hours.
  • High Volume: During major sales events, please allow up to 3–5 business days for processing. We hustle for speed, but we prioritize accuracy to ensure you get exactly what you ordered.

Operational Hours

Our team operates Monday to Friday. We observe all weekends and public holidays as rest days. Any orders placed during these times will be processed on the next available business day.

New Zealand Delivery Standards

  • Auckland & North Island: Overnight delivery
  • South Island: 2–3 business days
  • Rural Addresses: Add 1–3 extra working days
  • Standard Shipping: $3.99 NZD (Free for orders over $100 NZD)
  • Carrier: NZ Couriers — tracked delivery on all orders

Please Note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Pods. A physical delivery address is required for all NZ orders.
