How are your prices so much lower than other brands?
We buy the ingredients, make our products and sell directly to you. Keeping these steps in one business means fewer added margins, so the savings go to you.
Are your supplements third-party tested?
Yes. We send products to independent labs, mostly Eurofins in Auckland, for protein, heavy metals and microbiological tests, and publish the original reports in full. See every lab report.
Which protein should I choose - whey or plant?
Whey (WPC80): Fast-absorbing, complete amino profile, great post-workout. Best for muscle recovery and growth.
Plant Protein: Dairy-free, vegan-friendly, still delivers complete protein. Perfect if you're lactose-intolerant or prefer plant-based nutrition. Both are premium quality - just depends on your dietary preference.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, ship the same day from our Auckland warehouse. Auckland and North Island orders usually arrive the next day, South Island orders take 2 to 3 business days, and rural addresses can add 1 to 3 days. Delivery is $3.99, or free on orders over $100.
What's your return policy?
We back your first order of each product with our 60-Day Try-It Guarantee. Don't love the taste or not seeing results? Contact us within 60 days and we'll make it right - a flavour swap, store credit, or a refund if you'd prefer. One claim per customer, on top of your NZ and Australian consumer-law rights. Read the full policy.
Do you offer bundle deals or subscriptions?
Yes. Most products cost less each when you buy 2 or 3, our Whey and Plant Power Packs bundle four 1kg bags, and Auto-Ship takes 10% off every delivery. You can skip or cancel Auto-Ship anytime, with no fees.
