Creatine Monohydrate 400 Capsules

Powder is cheaper per gram, but you don’t pay in dollars - you pay in the days you skip because the shaker’s dirty or the scoop went missing. Capsules remove every decision: bottle, hand, glass of water, done. Most lifters who quit creatine don’t quit because it stopped working. They quit because the ritual cracked. Capsules close that crack.

Pure monohydrate. Same form used in the 300-plus studies that built the modern creatine literature. HCL, ethyl-ester, kre-alkalyn, magnesium chelate and the rest of the ‘advanced’ line-up have been head-to-head tested against monohydrate for over a decade - none show a meaningful advantage on strength, size, or saturation. They cost more because the marketing’s harder, not because they work better.

3 capsules per serve = 2.1g of monohydrate. 400 capsules per bottle = 133 daily serves. About 4.5 months of consistent use per bottle.

The creatine itself is fermentation-derived, but the capsule shell is gelatine, which is animal-derived - so these capsules aren’t suitable for vegans. If you follow a vegan diet, our creatine powder is the way to go. Inside the capsule it’s pure monohydrate, with only magnesium stearate to help the capsule hold its shape.

The saturation window at 2.1g a day is 3-4 weeks - in the published trials, that’s when the strength effects show up. Visual fullness in the muscles tracks the same window (creatine pulls water into the cell). The cognitive research is newer and the timeline’s less precise - interesting, but buy it for the gym first.

No. Loading saturates muscle stores in about 5-7 days instead of 28, but the end-state is identical, and the load phase is the single biggest cause of bloat complaints. Skipping the load and just taking 2.1g a day from day one gets you to the same destination - it takes 3-4 weeks instead of one. Most lifters don’t notice the difference.

Most people don’t, at 2.1g a day with no load phase. The ‘creatine bloat’ stories almost always come from the 20g load week - your body’s flooded with more than it can use, the kidneys flush some, and the gut sees the rest. Stay at 2.1g a day, take it with water and food, and bloat is rare.

Whenever you’ll actually take it. Pre-workout, post-workout, with breakfast, before bed - the timing matters far less than the daily consistency. The goal is to keep muscle stores saturated. Once they’re full, the time of day is noise. Pick the moment most likely to stick.

Yes. Creatine doesn’t compete with stimulants, protein, or amino acids - it operates on a completely different system (ATP regeneration). Drop the capsules into whatever stack you already run. No timing conflict, no absorption clash.

No. The ‘cycle on / cycle off’ advice came from decades-old gym lore about receptor downregulation that hasn’t held up in the research. Long-term studies (5+ years of daily use) consistently show no benefit to cycling. Take it daily and forget it.

60-Day Try-It Guarantee. Use it as directed for up to two months. If you're not noticing better output in the gym or a clearer feeling of fullness in the muscle, email sales@nowheydeals.com.au on your first order and we'll make it right - store credit or a swap, or a refund if you'd prefer. Giving it a genuine go and using most of the bottle won't count against you. A small percentage of people are 'non-responders' to creatine (their muscle stores are already naturally near-saturated from diet), and the guarantee covers you if you're one of them. One claim per customer, on top of your NZ and Australian consumer-law rights.
