I was impressed with the quality and mixability of the product and I could feel the difference in mental acuity and clarity of thought as well as a good energy boost when added in with my morning espresso.

I put it in my morning coffee and I can’t even taste it at all so good and easy to implement into my morning routine and helps to clear my brain fog

Works great in my morning coffee!

The AM Tonic worked immediately so after 12 months of perimenopausal brain fog followed by another 8 months of full blown menopause, I finally feel more myself. I have stage 4 breast cancer so I can't take HRT, or most other supplements or remedies for menopause symptoms, but AM Tonic is so effective I nearly cried. Approved by my oncologist too. I also purchased the Mushroom Powder and the PM Tonic for immune system support.

I enjoy the much room coffee and I don't get the crash you get with standard coffees.

Because I don’t particularly like the taste of mushrooms I was dubious when my daughter sent me your link for the free samples of the AM tonic powder. However she spoke very highly as to the cognitive benefits so I ordered them. She was right. My brain woke up and I was able to work quickly and clearly.

Hardened product

After trying the samples while I was on 12 hour days at work , Def can say what a difference , normally I'd be ready for a nap by 9am but I last all day from 5am till 630pm and still wasn't struggling like I would have been normally..
So I purchased a tin !

The containers and measuring spoon included in the package are incredibly useful. I notice a difference when I miss either the morning or evening dose. The morning one makes me feel more alert and focused, while the evening one gives me a deeper, more restful sleep. I'm genuinely pleased with this purchase and plan to make it a part of my daily routine. Additionally, I appreciate the earthy taste. I enjoy having the morning dose in my coffee, and at night, I mix it with warm almond milk, which has a very calming effect.

This tonic, especially the AM one is a gamechanger honestly due to high doses of Lion’s Mane and Cordyceps. My tolerance level with caffeine hasn’t been great, so was on a lookout for an alternative.
I mix the AM powder with my decaf coffee and it tastes great, much better than I expected.

My energy levels have never been so consistent throughout the day and it’s only been a week since I started consuming it.

PM tonic does actually makes me have a relaxing night after a tiresome long day and i have noticed on my smartwatch app that my sleep levels have improved a lot, especially deep sleep and REM.

I have tried a lot of different kinds of supplements before, some have benefits others don't.
This one definitely does work! In the morning I add half a teaspoon/scoop to my tea or coffee, you hardly taste the difference but I definitely feel more in flow and focussed after! Definitely recommended, It also comes with a handy mixer and the measured scoops. Give it a try I would say!
