Half a teaspoon (2g) stirred into coffee, tea, hot water or a smoothie. Slightly earthy in water, close to unnoticeable in coffee. The spoon is in the tin.

PM, afternoon or dinner.

Half a teaspoon (1.25g) stirred into tea, hot chocolate or hot water. The label suggests an afternoon snack or with dinner. No caffeine in the tin.

Yes. Same tins, pouches, gummies and tincture, same labels, same doses. Only the product names on this site have changed.

What do the mushrooms do?

We do not make health claims for these, and you should be wary of anyone who does. They are foods: named mushroom extracts at a stated dose. What they are and how much is in each serve is on the label, and that is what you are paying for.

How do I take the tonics?

Half a teaspoon, once a day, stirred into a drink. AM is the morning tin, with the first drink of the day. PM is for the afternoon or with dinner. Wellbeing is any time. The spoon comes in the tin.

Is anything added?

The tonics list mushroom extracts and nothing else: no sweetener, colour or flavouring, and no caffeine in the AM and PM tins. The gummies are pectin-set and sweetened with maltitol, glucose syrup and isomalt, raspberry for AM and pineapple for Wellbeing. The tincture is in a 30% ethanol base.

Why do the 120-serve pouches carry a best-before date?

They are sealed stock from the original Forest Finds run. The best-before date is printed on the pouch and shown on its product page, and it has now passed. A best-before is a quality date, not a safety date. The powder may clump a little more than a fresh run would, and the price reflects it. The 30-serve tins are the pick if you would rather have a current-dated pack.

Is there a cheaper way to buy?
