Top Benefits

23.7g of fast-absorbing protein per serve. Hit your daily target, recover faster between sessions, and stay full through the afternoon.

Build Lean Muscle

Hit Your Daily Protein Target

Most people miss their daily protein target by 30g. One scoop closes the gap with 23.7g of fast-digesting whey - enough leucine (2.4g) to flip muscle protein synthesis on and keep lean mass climbing.

Stay Lean

Less Sore The Next Day

Whey concentrate digests in 60-90 minutes - aminos hit your bloodstream while you're still cooling down. The 5.3g of natural BCAAs cut next-day soreness so you train heavier, more often.

Stay Lean

Full Through The Afternoon

A whey shake at breakfast or lunch elevates satiety hormones for 3-4 hours. Less afternoon snacking, fewer cravings, easier to stay in calorie deficit when you want to lean out.

How It Works

Whey digests fast, releases aminos into the bloodstream, and triggers muscle protein synthesis. The leucine threshold is what flips the switch - most whole foods don't clear it, whey reliably does.

  • Digest
  • Trigger
  • Build
1

Aminos In The Bloodstream In 60 Minutes

Concentrate breaks down faster than whole food.

WPC80 reaches your small intestine in 30-45 minutes. Pancreatic proteases break peptide bonds into free amino acids; the aminos cross the gut wall into circulation. By the time you've finished your post-workout meal prep, the building blocks are already at the muscle.

2

2.4g Leucine Flips The Switch

Below threshold, mTOR doesn't fire.

Once blood leucine crosses roughly 2.5g - exactly what one whey serve delivers - mTOR signals muscle cells to start protein synthesis. Below that, the switch stays off. Whey reliably crosses it; chicken breast and oats need 2-3x the volume to do the same job.

3

New Muscle Fibre Goes Live

Synthesis stays elevated for 3-4 hours.

Ribosomes thread the free aminos into new protein chains. Damaged fibres get patched, new sarcomere units form. Net positive protein balance held for hours after the shake - the gym session's worth of training damage gets rebuilt while you're still recovering.

Hit Your Protein. Recover Faster. Spend Less.

23.7g of fast-digesting whey concentrate per serve - enough leucine (2.4g) to flip muscle protein synthesis on. WPC80 dairy whey, processed in a GMP-certified facility. Same source as supplements three times the price. We make it, we sell it direct, no shelf-rent built into the bag.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this whey concentrate or isolate?

Concentrate. WPC80 - 80% protein by weight, with small amounts of fat and lactose left in for flavour and lower cost per gram. Isolate strips them out but costs significantly more. If you’re not severely lactose-intolerant, concentrate is the better value.

Why is this so much cheaper than mainstream whey brands?

Direct-to-consumer. Same GMP-certified facilities the big brands use. We just don’t pay for shelf rent, distributor margin, sponsored athletes, or matte-black tubs - so you pay for the protein, not the marketing.

What's actually in the bag?

In the flavoured bags: Whey Protein Concentrate (92-98% by weight), natural flavour, sucralose for sweetening (chocolate adds cocoa). Allergen: contains milk, may contain soy traces. Every milligram disclosed on the label.

Is it gluten-free?

Whey is naturally low in gluten, but it is made on shared equipment so we don't label it certified gluten-free.

Does it actually taste good?

Seven flavours: Banana, Chocolate, Raspberry, Salted Caramel, Strawberry, Vanilla and Unflavoured. Mixes clean with no foaming or clumping. Our Banana, Chocolate, Salted Caramel, Strawberry and Vanilla are sweetened with sucralose only (no artificial sweetener cocktail), and repeat orders run across all five.

How does whey actually build muscle?

Whey delivers 2.4g of leucine per serve - just above the threshold (~2.5g) that flips mTOR on and triggers muscle protein synthesis. Most whole foods need 2-3x the volume to clear that threshold. The aminos land at your muscle cell within 60-90 minutes of the shake.

When during the day should I take it?

Post-workout is the most-studied window. Any time you need to hit your daily protein target also works - many customers use it at breakfast as a quick 23g hit. For slow-digesting pre-bed protein, casein or whole food beats whey.

Can I stack it with creatine or pre-workout?

Yes. Whey shakes cleanly with creatine and electrolytes post-workout, or with a pre-workout stim half an hour before training. Standard stack: pre-workout 30 min before training, creatine + whey post-workout.

Can I take it while fasting?

Yes - whey has calories and triggers an insulin response. If you’re intermittent-fasting, take it inside your eating window. For training-fasted folks, take post-workout when you break your fast anyway.

How many serves in a bag?

33 serves at 30g per scoop. 1kg total. That’s a month of daily shakes for a one-shake-a-day customer, or 16 days if you double-dose.

What if it doesn't work for me?

60-Day Try-It Guarantee. Not loving the taste or mix? On your first order, tell us within 60 days while the tub is still about three-quarters full (your first 5 to 7 scoops) and we'll swap your flavour or give store credit, usually just a photo, no need to post it back. Gave it a fair go and not seeing recovery benefits? Use it properly for up to 60 days and we'll still make it right. One claim per customer, on top of your NZ and Australian consumer-law rights.

How long does shipping take?

Australia metro orders typically arrive in 1-3 business days, regional 3-6. FREE shipping on orders over AU$100; below that, FedEx from $10 standard to $20 express with signature. Tracking on every order.
