Wellbeing Mushroom Tonic 120 Serves: what you are buying
Six named mushroom extracts, one half-teaspoon dose, and 120 serves in a single pouch.
Six Mushrooms, One Spoon.
Half a teaspoon carries 334mg each of six mushroom extracts: Chaga, Cordyceps, Lion's Mane, Maitake, Turkey Tail and Reishi. That is 2,004mg per 2g serve, every species on the label.
Six Extracts. Nothing Else.
The panel lists six mushroom extracts and nothing else. No sweetener, no colour, no flavour. It tastes slightly earthy in water and near enough disappears in coffee, tea or a smoothie.
Four Months A Pouch.
One hundred and twenty serves at one a day runs about four months. That is 75 cents a serve against $1.33 for the 30-serve tin, and the zip pouch reseals between scoops.
What is in each serve
Six mushroom extracts at 334mg each per 2g half-teaspoon serve: Chaga, Cordyceps, Lion's Mane, Maitake, Turkey Tail and Reishi. That is the whole panel. No other ingredients are listed.

How To Take It
Half a teaspoon, once a day, in whatever you are already drinking.
- Measure Half A Teaspoon. Scoop a level half-teaspoon of powder from the pouch. The pouch does not ship with a spoon, so a standard kitchen half-teaspoon measure is the tool.
- Stir It Into A Drink. Stir it into whatever you are having. In plain water it tastes slightly earthy; in coffee, tea or a smoothie most people barely notice it.
- Zip It Shut. Press the zip closed after each scoop and keep the pouch somewhere cool and dry. One serve a day and the pouch lasts about four months.

Common questions
What do the mushrooms do?
We do not make health claims for these, and you should be wary of anyone who does. It is a food: six named mushroom extracts at a stated dose. What they are and how much is in each serve is on the label, and that is what you are paying for.
How much do I take, and when?
Half a teaspoon (2g), once a day, any time of day. Stir it into hot water, coffee, tea or a smoothie.
What does it taste like?
Slightly earthy with a hint of nuttiness in plain water. In coffee, tea or a smoothie reviewers say it is not strong and does not get in the way of the drink.
Does it have sugar or sweetener?
No. The panel lists six mushroom extracts and nothing else. No sweetener, no colour, no flavouring.
Is it gluten-free? Vegetarian?
The only ingredients are the six mushroom extracts. The label as we have it does not carry a gluten-free badge, so we do not print that claim. We do not make a vegan claim because it is not on the label.
Are the mushrooms organic?
The blend is labelled as organic mushroom extracts. No lab report is published for this product yet, so it does not appear on our testing page.
How is this different from the 30-serve tin?
Same powder, same six species, same 2g serve. The tin holds 30 serves and comes with a lid and a serving spoon at $1.33 per serve. The pouch holds 120 serves with a zip seal and no spoon at $0.75 per serve.
Can kids take it?
No. Like everything we sell, not suitable for anyone under 18, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you take any medication, check with your GP first.
Is there a bulk option?
This is it. The 120-serve pouch is the bulk pack in the range, one price, 120 serves, $0.75 each. There are no quantity tiers on top of it.
Why does this pack carry a best-before date?
This stock is from the original Forest Finds run, sealed, best before August 2026. That date has now passed. A best-before is a quality date, not a safety date. The powder may clump a little more than a fresh run would, and the price reflects that.
Formerly Forest Finds
Formerly Forest Finds. Same Auckland team behind NoWhey, now on the same site as your protein and creatine.
From the NoWhey team: "This is the same powder as the tin, six extracts at 334mg each, in a 240g pouch that gives you 120 half-teaspoon serves for 75 cents each. It is sealed stock from the original Forest Finds run, best before August 2026 and now past that date, and the price reflects that."
