NoWhey offers free shipping via CourierPost. We will forward you your unique tracking number once your order has been processed so you can track your order every step of the way. Items can be tracked via www.courierpost.co.nz or through https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking. For tracking queries please email email@example.com or check your tracking information.
We recommend double-checking your address details before you press confirm. In the odd case that you put the wrong address in your shipment information then please contact us as soon as possible, as we may be able to resolve it. If the order has already been picked up by the courier then the address may not be able to be changed. Shipment instructions are able to be added via https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking.
Shipping Estimates (Within Business Days):
- Auckland & Surrounds: Within 24 Hours
- North Island: Overnight
- South Island: 2 to 3 days
A rural address can add extra 1-3 working days. Courier pickup and delivery times are Monday – Friday.
Orders will generally be sent out same day if the order is made before 3pm Monday-Friday, however in high sale volumes, dispatch can take up to 48 hours.
Please note: shipping estimates may vary. We reserve the right to reject any order addressed to a PO box or a Parcel Pod.
We currently only ship within New Zealand.
We recommend selecting signature requirement at the checkout. If you are not home at the time of delivery we recommend getting it sent to your work place. If you select no signature requirement then your order will be left on your door step or where the courier see's appropriate. If you select no signature requirement then you accept all responsibility if your order is stolen after delivery, which is why we recommend a signature. If you select no signature requirement and un-tick the 'Authority to Leave' box then your order will be sent with a signature requirement.
We will accept unopened products as a return in for a full refund or exchange to another product. Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept opened products unless there is a fault with item.
In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods and require a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your claim and we will endeavour to either replace the product(s) or provide you with a refund. Claims must be received within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Please note mistakes do happen. If you receive the wrong product in error, a return label will be sent to you at our cost for the item/s to be returned, granted that they are UNOPENED and in a re-sellable condition. The correct product will be sent once the incorrect product is returned.
If the product has been opened then no replacement will be sent, nor will it be refunded as it is no longer in a sellable condition.
